(8/6/26) On Tuesday, June 16, in the Library of the College of Santa Maria dell’Anima in Rome (Via della Pace, 20), beginning at 5:00 pm, the presentation of the book Joseph Ratzinger and the Second Vatican Council (edited by Sameer Advani and Leonardo Pelonara, Cantagalli, 2026) will take place. The presentation is organized by Ratzinger Class in collaboration with the Joseph Ratzinger-Benedict XVI Vatican Foundation, the Regina Apostolorum Pontifical Athenaeum, and Edizioni Cantagalli.

Following introductory greetings by Rev. Michael Max, rector of the Church and College of Santa Maria dell’Anima, Rev. Prof. Roberto Regoli, president of the Ratzinger Foundation, and Lea Amodio, author and editor-in-chief of Ratzinger Class, will deliver a presentation by Cardinal Gerhard Ludwig Müller, former Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith and editor of the Complete Works of Joseph Ratzinger-Benedict XVI. The editors’ closing remarks will follow. The meeting will be moderated by Chiara Bertani, a fellow at the Ratzinger Foundation.
