(8th april 2026) On April 16th, 99 years after the birth of Joseph Ratzinger-Benedict XVI and at the beginning of the centenary year, the Italian Embassy to the Holy See will host the presentation of the book “La fede del futuro. Il futuro della Chiesa”, volume 4 of the “Selected Texts” by Joseph Ratzinger-Benedict XVI, published by Cantagalli.
The meeting will take place at Palazzo Borromeo (Via delle Belle Arti 2, Rome), the seat of the Embassy, starting at 5:00 pm.
Following greetings from the Italian Ambassador to the Holy See, Francesco Di Nitto, and an introduction by Senator Riccardo Pedrizzi, president of the Technical-Scientific Committee of the Christian Union of Entrepreneurs and Managers, the following speakers will be present: Msgr. Salvatore Fisichella, Pro-Prefect of the Dicastery for Evangelization; Senator Maurizio Gasparri, Chairman of the Senate Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee; Professor Davide Prosperi, President of the Fraternity of Communion and Liberation; and Professor Pierluca Azzaro, Secretary of the Joseph Ratzinger - Benedict XVI Vatican Foundation.
The presentation will be moderated by Maria Antonietta Calabrò, journalist and writer.
