One thousand people participated in the International Conference: they were mainly from Colombia, but also from other countries of Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Dominican Republic and Venezuela) but also from overseas (Belgium, France, Italy, Holland, Spain and India).
