(4/11/15) In two weeks, on 18th November , the opening ceremony of the Library Biblioteca Ratzinger will be held at the Pontifical Teutonic College in the Vatican City. Those wishing to participate are asked to send an e-mail to the following address: info@fondazioneratzinger.va.
The event will be open to the public and it will start at 5 p.m., with the lectio magistralis of Cardinal Gianfranco Ravasi, President of the Pontifical Council of Culture, on the topic “From the Bible to the Library – Benedict XVI and the Culture of the Word of God”.
Entirely dedicated to the life and the thought of the Pope Emeritus as a scholar and a Pontiff, it will be placed inside the library of the Teutonic College and of the Roman Institute of the Society of Görres, in the Vatican City.
