(15/5/17) “The Joseph Ratzinger-Benedict XVI Vatican Foundation is awarded because they always commit themselves in the promotion of the knowledge and the study of Theology, in the organization of high cultural and scientific conferences regarding the thought of Joseph Ratzinger and the teachings of Pope Benedict XVI”.
This was the reason given during the solemn awarding ceremony in Bisceglie, Puglia, on Saturday 13th May, when the VI John Paul II award, promoted by the Association named after John Paul II, was given to the Ratzinger Foundation.
