At the end of the Symposium on Eschatology, Pope Francis gives Ratzinger Prize

(8/11/16) Subscriptions to the international Symposium "Eschatology: analysis and perspectives" are growing. It will be held in Rome on 24th - 25th November at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross and it will end on 26th in the morning at the Augustinian Patristic Institute with a lectio magistralis of cardinal Gianfranco Ravasi. The Ratzinger Prize will be given by Pope Francis to Msgr. Inos Biffi and Ioannis Kourempeles at the Clementine Hall of the Apostolic Palace in the Vatican City.

Eschatology is one of the favoured topics of the theological research made by Joseph Ratzinger. This is the 6th international Symposium of high scientific value that is organized by the Joseph Ratzinger-Benedict XVI Vatican Foundation after the meetings in Bydgoszcz, Rio de Janeiro, Rome, Medellin and Madrid.
